The Carthage Police Department is warning citizens of recent vehicle break-ins and asking help identifying the car in the surveillance footage.
The break-ins occurred on July 23 at Hillcrest Park.
“If anyone has any information about the incident, please reach out to us at 910-947-2231,” said Carthage Police Department on its Facebook page on July 27.
