Deputies arrest five after search in Eagle Springs

Moore County Sheriff Ronnie Fields announced the arrests of five individuals following a search in the Eagle Springs area.

“On March 31, 2023, Deputies with the Moore County Sheriff’s Office responded to a residence in the 200 block of Fry Place in Eagle Springs in reference to a disturbance,” said Fields. “During the investigation, Deputies executed a search warrant after smelling a strong odor of marijuana inside the residence. During the search, Deputies located marijuana, methamphetamine, a firearm, items of drug paraphernalia, and items of marijuana paraphernalia. The search warrant was executed at the conclusion of the investigation.”

Arrested were:

Tommy Matt Locklear, 60, of Eagle Springs:
Charges- Possession of Methamphetamine, Maintaining a Vehicle/Dwelling Place for Controlled Substances, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of Firearm by Felon.
Bond: $45,000 secured.

Reno Carl Ramchand, 42, of Eagle Springs:
Charges- Possession of Firearm by Felon and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Bond: $26,500 secured.

Misty Dawn Kidd, 41, of Eagle Springs:
Charges- Possession of Firearm by Felon.
Bond: $25,000 secured.

Brianna Monae Hoskie, 23, of Eagle Springs:
Charges- Possession of Methamphetamine, Maintaining a Vehicle/Dwelling Place for Controlled Substances, Simple Possession of Schedule VI Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Marijuana Paraphernalia, and Possession of Firearm by Felon.
Bond: $50,000 secured.

Kiah Elizabeth Boyd-Coleman, 21, of Eagle Springs:
Charges- Possession of Methamphetamine, Maintaining a Vehicle/Dwelling Place for Controlled Substances, Simple Possession of Schedule VI Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of Firearm by Felon.
Bond: $40,000 secured.

All suspects are due in court on April 27 and are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
