Robbins Police blotter for December

The Robbins Police Department provided the following charges for December.

Week 1:

Marquer Pegasus – Robbins Police assisted the Moore County Sheriff’s Office with a vehicle chase. Robbins Police Department charged Pegasus with: flee and elude, reckless driving, speeding, driving while license revoked, expired registration, failure to maintain lane control, driving left to center, failure to stop at multiple stop signs, and directional signal of equipment violation.

Douglas Walters – (traffic stop) – Possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting public officer, driving while license revoked, displaying a revoked tag, no liability insurance, expired registration card, failure to carry a registration card, no/inspired inspection, and failure to notify DMV of address change.

Christopher Parsons – second-degree trespassing.

Brandon Garcia-Sanchez-Robbins Police assisted the Aberdeen Police Department in serving an arrest warrant on a suspect who lives in Robbins. The warrant was for indecent exposure. According to an Aberdeen Police Department press release, the suspect was performing lewd and lascivious acts on himself in a business parking lot.

Week 2:

James Bruce – DWI and second-degree trespassing from a local business.

Juan Cabera-Sanchez – Robbins Police assisted the Aberdeen Police Department in serving an arrest warrant on a suspect who lives in Robbins. The warrant was for three counts of indecent exposure. According to an Aberdeen Police Department press release, the suspect was performing lewd and lascivious acts on himself in a business parking lot on Dec. 3.

Week 3:

Amanda Garner – communicating threats, resisting public officer for allegedly lying about a fire, and failure to extinguish a fire.

Dominique Caddell – (traffic stop) – Caddell was served with an outstanding warrant from Moore County Sheriff’s Office for larceny of a motor vehicle and an outstanding warrant for obtaining property by false pretense.

Ronald Saunders – misdemeanor larceny at Carlie C’s and possession of stolen goods.

“We only had two juvenile cases in December that have been corrected by Juvenile Justice,” said Chief Ben Haddock.

All defendants facing criminal charges are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
