Meet Moore People: Zackari Ciboth

Meet Moore People is a series dedicated to the people we meet each day but do not really know; people who make Moore County a great place to live and work.

Say “hello” to Zackari Ciboth.

Ciboth is a lifelong Vass resident and attended Vass Lakeview Elementary School, Crain’s Creek Middle School and attends Union Pines High School.

He is a senior and will be graduating in several days. Ciboth will attend Sandhills Community College in the fall for communication classes in broadcasting. The class credits will transfer to Appalachian State University where he plans on earning a bachelor’s degree in broadcasting.

“I’d like to get an internship at ESPN,” Ciboth said.

He works part-time at the Vass Piggly Wiggly grocery store.

“I have a great time making work seem fun,” Ciboth said.

On weekends, Ciboth likes to hang out with friends and watch sports. His favorites are baseball and football.

“I played quarterback and receiver at Union Pines,” Ciboth said about his three years of playing football.

His life’s motto is taking life one step at a time.
