The Moore County Health Department is seeking input from the community. An opinion survey of 11 questions is currently posted on the Health Department website.

The short survey takes only a few minutes to complete and is part of the department’s accreditation process through the North Carolina Local Health Department Accreditation Board.

“We value the opinions of our citizens. Community input will help us assess the services our agency currently offers and it can also help to determine if there are other services our citizens may want our department to provide”, states Robert Wittmann, Health Director.

The survey will run from October 2, 2017 through October 13, 2017. Citizens are encouraged to complete the survey on the department’s website, https://www.moorecountync.gov/health, its Facebook or Twitter page, or they may fill out a hard copy of the survey at one of the four facilities listed below:

Moore County Health Department – 705 Pinehurst Ave., Carthage
Environmental Health – 1042 Carriage Oaks Drive, Carthage
Department of Social Services – 1036 Carriage Oaks Drive, Carthage
The Senior Enrichment Center – 8040 US Highway 15-501, Pinehurst
