NC Quick Pass now accepted for toll payments in 4 additional states

NC Quick Pass customers with a transponder can now pay tolls electronically in four additional states: Oklahoma, Kansas, Colorado and parts of Texas.

This expansion results from ongoing cooperation among NC Quick Pass, the Central United States Interoperability Partners, and E-ZPass. The agreement gives customers more opportunities to use their NC Quick Pass account to pay tolls while traveling outside North Carolina. A full list of roadways that accept NC Quick Pass is available on the NC Quick Pass website.

“This new partnership is the result of months of work from all agencies involved,” said Angela Queenland, the N.C. Turnpike Authority’s deputy chief toll operations officer, in a news release. “We’re proud of the work we’ve done to make travel easier for NC Quick Pass customers and look forward to expanding our partnerships even more in the future.”

Under this agreement, NC Quick Pass customers can pay ExpressToll, PIKEPASS, TollTag and KTAG tolls. Within twelve months, drivers with NC Quick Pass transponders will also be able to pay tolls electronically from Texas DOT toll roads and Harris County Toll Road Authority toll roads around Houston, Texas.

NC Quick Pass accounts can also be used on all E-ZPass, Peach Pass and SunPass roadways. For additional information, including a full list of all NC Quick Pass partner agencies, visit the Where NC Quick Pass Works webpage.
