Della Rosalie Sheppard Trongo, 67, passed away Wednesday, January 17, 2018.
She was born July 28, 1950 in Pinehurst to William H. and Willie Poole Sheppard of Aberdeen.
She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Richard F Trongo, Jr., her four children, Richard (Jolica), Maureen, Rachel and Emily, and her three grandchildren, Emmry Rose, Laila and Ricky. She was preceded in death by her brother, William Sheppard, Jr. and brother-in-law Clement Faircloth, and is survived by her sisters Claudyne Brock (ET), Martha Faircloth, Sarah Turkaly and Anna Edwards (James), brother Rev. Dr. Dennis Sheppard (Barbara) and sister-in-law Sandra Sheppard.
A visitation will be held from 6-8pm on Saturday, January 20 at Boles Funeral Home in Southern Pines. The funeral will be held Sunday, January 21 at 3pm at Page Memorial United Methodist Church in Aberdeen, with graveside service to follow.

Rosalie was an extraordinary woman, wife and mother who brought love, light and joy into the lives of so many. She will be missed.
