Funeral Service: Tuesday, December 3, 2019, 11:00 AM, Fresh Start Discipleship Center, 180 Cotton Street (Jackson Hamlet Community), Aberdeen.
No public Viewing will be held.
Interment: Jackson Hamlet Community Cemetery.
Survivors: Children, Cynthia Kelly, Dannie Kelly, Jr. (Roberta), Barbara Moore (Sherman), and Shirley Kelly-Sweets; siblings, Teresa Utley (Willie), Lucy Tanner, Carolyn Kelly, Flora Kelly-Foster, Sam Kelly (Mabel), and Brenda Brown (John); 14 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and other relatives.
