Hurliss Clapp, at the age of 75, passed away peacefully on June 14, 2026, at his home, with his wife by his side.
Hurliss was born in Burlington, North Carolina, on October 9, 1950, to the late Beecher Clapp and Izola Gray Clapp. He is survived by his loving wife, Doris F. Clapp.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
