Maxine Hinesly Rogers, age 80, of Carthage passed away Friday, June 21, 2019 at her home.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Wednesday at Emmanuel Baptist Church conducted by Pastor Eugene Ussery. Burial will follow in Cross Hill Cemetery.
A native of Moore County Maxine was one of 14 children born to Ted and Josie Campbell Hinesley. She was preceded in death by her son Artis Rogers; sisters Ruby Davis, Dot Thompson, Betty Boyd and Peggy Faulkner; brothers Ted Hinesley, Jerry Hinesley, Billy Ray Hinesley and Ralph Hinesley.
She is survived by: sisters Dale Howell, Linda Brown, Carolyn Lorenzzo, Suzine Dodd and Lois Comer; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at Fry & Prickett Funeral Home on Tuesday from 6:00 – 8:00.
