Ronald Jason Freeman, age 72, of Star, NC, passed away on Sunday, July 14, 2024, in the Hospice Unit at the VA Hospital in Durham, NC.
Ronald was born on January 3, 1952, to the late Enoch Jason Freeman, Jr. and Myrtle Garner Freeman of Moore County, NC. He was a 1970 graduate of North Moore High School, Robbins, NC, a Vietnam-era Army veteran, and a graduate of Elon College.
In addition to his parents, Ronald was predeceased by his son, Enoch Jason Stoker Freeman.
Ronald is survived by his daughter, Jennifer Nicole Freeman Kimrey, and granddaughter, Moriah Grace Kimrey, of Mebane, NC; sister, Linda Freeman Monroe (Gerald), of Aberdeen, NC; and two nephews.
In honoring his request, no formal services will be held.
