Wanda Sue Patterson, age 75, passed away Saturday, May 9, 2020.
Wanda was the daughter of the late Franklin and Lola Taylor. She was born in Moore County and spent many of her working days as a caregiver.
She was predeceased by her husband Herman “Sparky” Patterson.
Wanda is survived by her daughter Wanda Denise Ponds of Carthage, two sons, James Edward Patterson of Myrtle Beach and Jimmy and Tracy Patterson of Biscoe; brother Marshall Taylor of Carthage; 4 grandchildren Jessica Lynn Boles, Joshua Patterson, Emily Williams, Mickie Patterson and 8 great-grandchildren Americus McCaskill, Casey McCaskill, Bailey Boles, Grayson Patterson, Lucas Patterson, Maxwell Patterson, a newly born great-granddaughter and an upcoming great-grandson.
The family will be having a Memorial service on Sunday June 7th at 2:00 PM at 412 E. Main Street in Biscoe, NC. The burial will follow at Summer Hill Baptist Church.
