Her oldest son played at the U.S. Naval Academy, her daughter currently plays at Emerson University, and her youngest is an avid player and multisport athlete at Union Pines. Kim is also the cofounder of the Sandhills Tennis Foundation, an organization dedicated to growing the sport and providing opportunities for junior players in the region.

Adrienne Van Hulle joins the O’Neal coaching staff with a strong background in competitive tennis and a deep connection to the Pinehurst community. A former varsity player at Ravenscroft School in Raleigh, Adrienne went on to graduate from NC State and has remained an active presence in youth tennis through her own children’s development.
With nearly 20 years in the area, Adrienne brings not only her passion for tennis but also a positive and encouraging approach to helping student-athletes build fundamentals, confidence, and character.
Volunteer Assistant Coach – Jeff Wilson
Jeff Wilson, Kim’s husband and cofounder of the Sandhills Tennis Foundation, brings a world-class level of experience to the Falcons program. He is currently the director of tennis at Highland Country Club in Fayetteville, NC. With coaching credentials spanning more than three decades, Jeff has held collegiate positions at Duke, Dartmouth, Georgia Tech, and San Jose State, and has coached numerous ATP and WTA players ranked within the top 100.
