On March 10, the Town of Robbins is hosting a Community Development Fundraiser to fund various community improvement projects. Due to overwhelming community support and the volume of ticket sales, the location of the event has been changed to Elise Middle School Gym at 180 N W Broad St in Robbins.

The event starts at 6:00 pm. Tickets for the event are $60. Two Tickets can be bought for $100.

Ticket holders have a chance to win $1,000, and the event will feature a catered dinner my one of Robbins’ newest businesses, Salt & Pepper Catering. The menu will consist of a low-country broil and a delicious chicken dinner. There will be a silent auction with a wide variety of items including gift certificates, limousine services, custom leather works, and historical memorabilia from northern Moore County.

Berryfield, a local folk band, will be providing entertainment. Berryfield is one of North Carolina’s newest Americana acoustic acts. Murphy McNeill, Dean Overman and Al Simmons have put together their repertoire of original material and classics with three-part harmonies at the forefront. Attendees are sure to enjoy their live show with rich harmonies and a unique musical synergy at this very special event.
