Haddock attempted to make a traffic stop, but the driver proceeded to flee from him. The Pinehurst Police Department successfully used tire deflation devices to stop the vehicle in Pinehurst. Charges are currently pending.
Now with school in full swing, Haddock has a message for those on the roads in Robbins.
“I want to remind everyone to be mindful of buses on the roads,” said Haddock. Here in Robbins, we have a large amount of kids who walk to and from Elise Middle. Drivers should be mindful of kids crossing roads.”
Defendants facing criminal charges are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
