Seven arrested following search warrant in Addor area

Moore County Sheriff Ronnie Fields announced the arrest of seven individuals following the execution of a search warrant in the Addor community.

According to a press release, detectives with the Moore County Sheriff’s Office, in collaboration with North Carolina Alcohol Law Enforcement (NC ALE), executed a search warrant in the 100 block of Teresa Lane in the Addor area of Moore County on June 21. During the operation, authorities reportedly seized suspected fentanyl, cocaine, ecstasy, marijuana, a firearm, untaxed liquor, and various items of drug paraphernalia.

The individuals facing charges are as follows:

Orlando Horton, 44, of Pinehurst, was charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, felony possession of cocaine, simple possession of a Schedule VI controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and resisting a public officer. He was committed to the Moore County Detention Center under a 48-hour hold with no bond.

Jimmy Horton, 46, of West End, was charged with resisting a public officer and carrying a concealed gun. He was committed to the Moore County Detention Center under a $1,000 secured bond.

Terrell Hart, 30, of Pinebluff, was charged with felony possession of a Schedule II controlled substance (fentanyl), simple possession of a Schedule VI controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was committed to the Moore County Detention Center under a 48-hour hold with no bond.

Donnie Berry, 54, of Pinebluff, was charged with simple possession of a Schedule VI controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was committed to the Moore County Detention Center under a 48-hour hold with no bond.

Tianna Lucky, 30, of Hoffman, was charged with simple possession of a Schedule VI controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released on a written promise to appear.

Tiahja McKoy, 30, of Pinebluff, was charged with felony possession of a Schedule I controlled substance, simple possession of a Schedule VI controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was committed to the Moore County Detention Center under a $2,500 secured bond.

Shameequa McKoy, 22, of Pinebluff, was charged with simple possession of a Schedule VI controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released on a written promise to appear.

Everyone charged is scheduled to appear in Moore County District Court on July 17.

All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
