The state is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the murder of a Cameron man in 2018.
The governor made the announcement on Monday.

Jalen Isaiah Leach, 22, was found deceased behind Brookside Apartments in Southern Pines around 8:30 p.m. on May 5.
A person walking along a path that runs beside the fence behind the apartments came upon Leach lying on the ground deceased from a gunshot wound.
Southern Pines Police were called to a shooting at 950 Richards Street on May 5 around 8:30 p.m.
