The Aberdeen Police Department announced the arrest of Juan Cabrera-Sanchez, 33, and Brandon Garcia-Sanchez, 23, of Robbins.
On Dec. 3, Aberdeen officers responded to a business near Hwy 15-501 and Columbus Drive about a male subject who was performing “lewd and lascivious acts” on himself in the parking lot.
On Dec. 4, Aberdeen officers received a separate call from a different victim, reporting a male subject was performing “lewd and lascivious acts” on himself in the same parking lot.
“Aberdeen Officers and Investigators began reviewing the crimes and positively identified the vehicle used to commit the crimes,” said the Aberdeen Police Department in a news release. “After further investigation including witness testimony and review of recorded images, Cabrera-Sanchez and Garcia-Sanchez were both identified.”
Warrants were obtained on Garcia-Sanchez for indecent exposure and on Cabrera-Sanchez for three counts of indecent exposure.
The Robbins Police Department arrested Garcia-Sanchez on Dec. 5 and Cabrera-Sanchez on Dec. 11. Both were taken before a Moore County magistrate. Garcia-Sanchez was given a $5,000 secured bond, and Cabrera-Sanchez a $10,000 secured bond.
