An Aberdeen women was arrested on 55 charges and was placed under a $1,321,500 secured bond.
Lisa Wilkerson Kennedy, 45, from a Rowe Avenue address, was arrested at 1:18 am Monday morning, according to information from The Moore County Detention Center.Â
Two of the 55 charges Kennedy was arrested for allegedly occurred on 7/22/17. The offense date for 52 charges allegedly occurred on 1/23/18, and one charge had an alleged offense date of 2/15/18.
Some of the 55 charges filed against Kennedy included obtaining property by false pretense, attempting to obtain controlled substance/forgery/fraud, felony conspiracy, identity theft, failure to return rental property, and att/trafficking in opiates by possession.
Kennedy has a March 26th court date, according to arrest records.
All defendants facing criminal charges are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
