Crains Creek crew covers car crash

Members of the Crains Creek Fire Department assisted motorists at a two-vehicle crash on Friday morning.

On social media, the Crains Creek Fire Department wrote they were called to the collision on Highway 690 outside of Vass just before 10 a.m. The crash site was near Flat Road.

The crew helped both drivers, who were outside their vehicles, when they arrived. One driver was seated on the ground while the other was walking around. One of them was taken to the hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening.

“One driver apparently turned into the path of the other vehicle, resembling an attempt to pull into a driveway,” wrote Crains Creek Fire Department on its Facebook page.
