First case of Monkeypox identified in Moore County

In ongoing efforts to provide improved accessibility to quality public health services, and to keep the public informed regarding services offered, the Moore County Health Department will begin offering evening clinic hours that will include family planning and STD screening services starting on Monday, September 9 from 5 – 7 p.m.

Following this change, operating hours will be as follows with the exception of holidays:

Monday 8:00AM – 7:00PM
Tuesday 8:00AM – 5:00PM
Wednesday 8:00AM – 5:00PM
Thursday 8:00AM – 5:00PM
Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM
Saturday CLOSED
Sunday CLOSED

In addition to the above personal health clinic schedule, the Women, Infants, and Children’s Supplemental Nutrition Program (WIC) offers program hours at the Health Department from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday and on Fridays from 7:30 a.m. to noon.
