A local business is raising money to help the animals at Moore County Sheriff’s Office Animal Services.

Seven Lakes and Pinehurst Quality Care Pharmacies have placed donation boxes, collection jars, and are selling “Puppy Love” t-shirts to raise money for county animals that need to find homes.  Owners, Tamela and Jason Joyce, said the t-shirts come in a variety of colors, sizes, and themes, and will donate the proceeds to Animal Services.

“Ever since the county put Animal Services under the Sheriff’s Office, they have been doing wonderful things and we want to help. We are working along with LT Forrest Kirk to raise money to help with the expenses,” said employee Kelly Collins.

“I can’t thank Tamela, Jason, Kelly and Quality Care Pharmacies enough for their willingness to help the Moore County Sheriff’s Office Animal Services. They are a great example of a partnership that helps us address the many needs of animals transitioning through our facility” said Sheriff Neil Godfrey.

For those of you who would like to make a donation or buy a “Puppy Love” t-shirt, please stop by one of the pharmacies to help Moore County animals find loving homes.
