Caitlin Renea Martin, age 21, of Cameron, North Carolina, passed away Wednesday, August 23, 2023 at First Health Moore Regional.
Caitlin was born in Moore County, North Carolina on November 18, 2001 to Joshua Cade and Melissa Ann Messer Martin. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Robert C. Martin, Sr. and Doris Blackman Martin.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her brothers, Jacob Cade Martin and Austin Tucker Martin and maternal grandparents, Danny and Debbie Messer.
Caitlin was kind and she loved animals. She loved her cats Meatball and “Juice”. She was brave and adventurous, recently trying her hand at skateboarding which resulted in a broken wrist. She had a unique way of looking at the world and was still trying to find her place in it. She was greatly loved by her family and friends and we have all been blessed to have her for the short time she was with us.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, August 26, 2023 at 5:00 PM at Cox Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Brad Marona officiating. A time of visitation will follow immediately after the service.
