Gerald Wayne Morgan, age 69, of Robbins, passed away on Saturday, October 29, 2022 at his home.
Born in Montgomery County, on March 1, 1953, he was a son of the late Zeb Benjamin Morgan and Dorothy E. Horner Maness.
Gerald graduated from North Moore High School and worked for Standard Mineral in Robbins for many years. He enjoyed fishing, watching Nascar and hanging out with his friends and family, especially his grandchildren. Gerald was a stranger to no one and will truly be missed by everyone who knew him.
In addition to his parents, Gerald was preceded in death by his step son: Jeremey Chavis; siblings: Marsha Ann Morgan, Judy Brown, and Rayvon Medlin.
He is survived by his wife: Gale Chavis Morgan; children Gerald Wayne Fulcher, Star Wilson, Benjamin Cruise Morgan, Christy Fisher and husband Jamie, Whitney Thomas and husband Keaton, Taylor Morgan; step son: Steven H. Garner Jr.; sister Terea Williams; step father: Ray Medlin.
A visitation will be held on Friday, November 4, 2022 from 5-7 PM at Fry & Prickett Funeral Home in Carthage. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 5, 2022 at 2 PM at Fry & Prickett Funeral Home.
