James (Jamie) William Bowyer, aka Smiley, age 44, of West End, NC, passed away on Friday, August 19, 2022 at his home. James was born on November 5, 1977 in Pinehurst, NC to Billy Ray Bowyer and Brenda Jane Bowyer. He enjoyed fishing, was an avid Las Vegas Raiders fan, playing video games, and spending time with family/friends.
James was loved by his parents, Billy Bowyer and Brenda; his brothers Christopher Bowyer; Wayne (Dorene) McInnis; his sister Cindy (David) King; nephews David (Susan) King and children; Robert (Brittany) King and son; Trevor McInnis; niece Sara McInnis; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, August 25, 2022 at 4:00 PM at West End Cemetery.
