A Pinehurst man is facing 28 charges after he was arrested Thursday.
James Christopher Davis, 33, was jailed under a $1 million bond and has been charged with 14 counts of second degree sexual exploitation of a minor and 14 counts of third degree sexual exploitation of a minor according to information from Moore County Detention Center.
Pinehurst was the arresting agency with assistance from Moore County Sheriff’s Department and the State Bureau of Investigation.
The offense date is listed as October 1, 2018.
Davis has a court date on January 9, 2019 and is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
