The Southern Pines Police Department announced in a press release that they are searching for a suspect who they say stole a car from Cooper Auto Choice.
Police responded to the car dealership on Old U.S. Highway 1 on Monday for a reported breaking and entering and larceny of a vehicle.
Deputy Chief Charles Campbell said after the suspect broke into the business, the suspect stole a 2016 black Ford Taurus.
