The public will take notice that the Board of Commissioners of the Town of Robbins has called a public hearing at 5 p.m. on July 20, 2022, at Town Hall, 101 N. Middleton Street, Robbins on the question of annexing the following described territory, requested by petition filed pursuant to G.S. 160A-58.1:
MOORE COUNTY REGISTRY, DEED BOOK 2218 PAGE 151:
BEING Lot No 4 as shown and designated on a map or plat entitled “Westwood Hills” as prepared by Clotus Craven Registered Surveyor and dated March 1972 and recorded in Plat Book 9 at Page 56 in the Moore County Registry to which record reference as hereby made for a more complete description of said lands by metes and bounds subject to those certain restrictive covenants as recorded in Deed Book 352 Page 195 Moore County Registry.
