Amanda Lee, R.N., (second from right, in blue) has been awarded the Nurse of the Year Award by Sandhills Emergency Physicians.

Lee is an emergency room nurse at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital – Hoke (MRH – Hoke) in Raeford, and has been employed at MRH – Hoke since 2012.

The Nurse of the Year is chosen from among all of the emergency department nurses in the four FirstHealth hospitals staffed by the Sandhills Emergency Physicians specialty practice – FirstHealth Moore Regional in Pinehurst, FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital – Richmond in Rockingham and FirstHealth Montgomery Memorial Hospital in Troy, in addition to MRH – Hoke.
