On September 4, 2010, Roger Jermaine Chambers left his residence located at 3631 Army Rd., Raeford, NC. He was operating a 1993 Toyota Camry, green in color with chrome wheels and tinted windows. The vehicle was last seen with a NC license plate of YZF-4849, according to a news release.
Roger Jermaine Chambers had juvenile family members with him, and he dropped the juveniles off at a family member’s residence on Burke Road, Raeford, NC. Roger Jermaine Chambers then allegedly continued traveling by himself into the Red Springs, NC area. Roger Jermaine Chambers stopped in Red Springs, NC, and he spoke with an old friend and then continued traveling into Robeson County. Roger Jermaine Chambers has not been seen or heard from since, according to Sheriff Peterkin.
The Hoke County Sherriff’s Office has followed multiple leads in this investigation which have had no positive results. All pertinent information has been provided to the NC and National Missing Persons Center along with other law enforcement agencies. This investigation continues.
