The Vitamin Shoppe, a retail destination for health and wellness solutions, is opening a new locally owned location in Southern Pines on Nov. 11.
The new store is part of The Vitamin Shoppe’s expanding franchise program and is owned and operated by local entrepreneur Charlie Pelnik, announced The Vitamin Shoppe.
The fitness and wellness advocate and former professional hockey player is bringing their expertise to fill the void when it comes to vitamins and supplements in the Southern Pines community, said The Vitamin Shoppe.
Pelnik is a native of North Carolina and is excited to introduce a new retail location where the Southern Pines community can access nutritional solutions, including vitamins, minerals, sports nutrition, on-the-go energy drinks, herbs, superfoods, and green living products.
Additionally, a ribbon cutting and grand opening are taking place on Nov. 18 to celebrate the new location and several grand opening celebration promotions.
The Vitamin Shoppe is located in the new shopping center on Highway 15-501 and Murray Hill Road.
