A woman survived a car crash on Christmas Eve outside of Robbins. The accident occurred on Marley Road shortly after 5 p.m.
When firefighters arrived on the scene, smoke was coming from the pickup truck, and the driver was trapped inside.Â
Firefighters were able to get the woman out of the vehicle within minutes.Â
She was taken by ambulance to Moore Regional Hospital. Her injuries are unknown at this time but are non-life-threatening.
The truck flipped on its side down an embankment between two trees. The trees held the truck from rolling on its roof.Â

Responding to the scene were Robbins Fire and Rescue, Moore County EMS, Moore County Sheriff’s Department, and State Highway Patrol.
