A man and two women from Eagle Springs were arrested on several drug charges.
“On January 12th, 2022, Deputies with the Moore County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant in the 100 block of Fry Place in Eagle Springs,” said Moore County Sheriff Ronnie Fields about the arrests in a news advisory.
Authorities confiscated heroin, methamphetamine, cocaine, prescription pills, and drug paraphernalia.
“The search warrant was executed at the conclusion of a drug investigation,” said Fields.
Arrested were:
Tommy Locklear, 59, of Eagle Springs:
Charges- possession with intent to sell and deliver methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, felony possession of cocaine, possession with intent to sell and deliver heroin, possession of heroin, possession with intent to sell and deliver schedule II controlled substance, simple possession of schedule II controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was placed at Moore County Detention Center under a $15,000 secured bond.
Stephanie Floyd, 30, of Eagle Springs:
Charges- possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Her unsecured bond was set at $2,500.
Paula Roy, 56, of Eagle Springs:
Charges- possession of methamphetamine, possession of controlled substance on prison/jail premises, and (2 counts) of possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a $5,000 secured bond.
All defendants facing criminal charges are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
