Early voting underway in Moore with voters casting nearly 10K ballots

Between Thursday and Sunday, early in-person voters cast a total of 9,459 ballots in Moore County.

Early in-person voting started on Thursday, Oct. 17, at the Moore County AG Center located at 707 Pinehurst Ave. in Carthage and at Aberdeen Recreation Center at 301 Lake Park Crossing. Early voting ends on Nov. 2.

Carthage:

Thursday: 1,679 ballots cast

Friday: 1,639 ballots

Saturday: 973 ballots

Sunday: 823 ballots

Aberdeen:

Thursday: 1,349 ballots cast

Friday: 1,319 ballots

Saturday: 901 ballots

Sunday: 776 ballots

Early voting polls are open 8 a.m.-7:30 p.m. weekdays and  8 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 26 and Nov. 2.

The General Election is on Nov. 5.
