A Southern Pines man was arrested Thursday after law enforcement executed a search warrant of a home on West Illinois Avenue.
Curtis Stubbs Senior, 60, was charged with possession with intent to sell/deliver cocaine, felony possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, maintaining a dwelling for the sale of a controlled substance and manufacture/sell/deliver a controlled substance within 1000’ of a park, said Southern Pines Police Department.
The Special Response Team and officers from the Patrol and Investigations Division recovered 64 dosage units of crack cocaine, digital scales, packaging equipment and $2,739 in cash from the search.
The suspect’s bond was set at $75,000 and is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
