A man wrecked on a Harley Davidson Trike Friday afternoon while traveling southwest on Highway 24-27, near Fessler Lane in Cameron.
The victim was airlifted to UNC-Chapel Hill Hospital.
“He came through a curve, went into the side area, hit the ditch and then a tree,” State Trooper J.E. McDonald said.
A group of 11 members of Disciple Christian Motorcycle Club had been out for a ride under a clear sky.
The extent of his injuries is unknown at this time.
