Southern Pines has a new butcher shop.
The New York Butcher Shoppe franchise location opened on July 7 at 1010 Old U.S. 1.
Owner William Clark stated on the shop’s social media page that he is “your neighborhood butcher and more.”
According to their website, the shop offers a wide selection of fresh meats, including beef, chicken, pork, and fish.
They sell locally-sourced specialty groceries, including gourmet pastas, specialty cheeses, and high-quality vegetables, as well as international grocery items.
The butcher shop offers in-house prepared meals, salad, sides and wine.
Check them out between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and noon to 6 p.m., Sunday.
