Justin Ray Phillips, age 30, of Lillington, passed away on Friday, August 28, 2020.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, September 5, 2020 at the home of his uncle, 69 Sparky Lane, Broadway, NC 27505 beginning at 12:00.
Justin was born in Lee County on March 26, 1990 to James Ray Phillips and Wanda White Phillips. I will forever remember that contagious smile. He was a loving son, father, brother and a very special person who was loved by everyone who knew him.
In addition to his parents, he is also survived by his children, Alliana Blount and Kyrian Phillips of the home; brothers, Christian Phillips (Melanie) of Sanford and Tyler Phillips of Lillington.
