Robert W. Taylor, born October 9, 1938 passed away peacefully on July 4th at Hospice House of First Health surrounded by his loving family at the age of 84.
Bob was a graduate of Marquette University and served in the United States Marine Corps.
He moved to Pinehurst in 2006 with his wife, Mary from the Chicago area after a successful career in men’s retail apparel. He worked at The Gentleman’s Corner in the Village of Pinehurst before retiring.
Robert is survived by his wife of 57 years, Mary and his son Michael (Mary).
