A driver of a Toyota Tundra traveling southeast on Plank Road in Robbins lost control at the intersection with Cockman Road on Friday morning. Authorities told Sandhills Sentinel on the scene that the driver went off the left side of the road, jumped a ditch and collided with a tree.
The male driver didn’t sustain life-threatening injuries and declined EMS treatment. The truck had extensive damage to the front end on the driver’s side, with a broken rear window and deployed airbags.

The cause of the wreck is still under investigation at the time of this article.
The Moore County Sheriff’s Office, Moore County EMS, Robbins Fire Department, and NC Highway Patrol all responded to the incident.
