The Robbins Police Department provided the following charges for October.
Week 1:
Olivia Graham – unauthorized use of motor vehicle.
Kenneth Garner – assault on a law enforcement officer, resisting public officer, disorderly conduct, second-degree trespassing, and impersonating a police officer.
Week 2:
Authorities responded to two suspicious people on Oct. 11. After contacting the two people, the officer discovered they were working as Spectrum contractors; however, the officers charged the two men with the following:
Jose Romero – driving while license revoked, expired registration, driving a motor vehicle without presenting registration, failure to carry registration card.
Jacobo Aguilar – possession of marijuana up to 1/2 oz. and possession of marijuana paraphernalia.
Week 3:
On Oct. 15, authorities were called to a fight in the street. Two people were charged with the following:
Christopher Hamilton – possession of methamphetamine, possession of Schedule II fentanyl, domestic violence, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Ashley Morgan – possession of drug paraphernalia.
Joseph Swem – sexual battery.
Mitchell Moore – possession of Schedule II fentanyl, two counts of resisting a police officer, two counts of assault on a government employee, and an active warrant.
Week 4:
Elizabeth Richardson – traffic stop: driving without a license, possession of methamphetamine, possession of Schedule II fentanyl, possession of drugs on jail property, possession of drug paraphernalia, methamphetamine on jail property, possession of drug paraphernalia on jail property, and driving while license revoked.
Stephanie Bennett – traffic stop: Montgomery County order for arrest, driving while license revoked, and no insurance.
Melissa Callahan – traffic stop: expired registration, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver Schedule IV, simple possession of Schedule IV, possession of drug paraphernalia, maintaining vehicle with controlled substance, driving without registration, failure to carry registration card, failure to notify DMV of address change, possession of drugs on jail property, and possession of drug paraphernalia on jail property.
While working with a multi-agency checkpoint in Pinebluff, Robbins Police charged the following people.
Jacklyn Dixon – simple possession of Schedule VI, possession of marijuana paraphernalia, and open container.
Derek Dease – possession of cocaine, manufacture/sell/deliver cocaine, maintaining a vehicle with controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, open container, and driving while license revoked.
Eduardo Hernandez – probation property search: possession Schedule II fentanyl, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, simple possession of Schedule VI, and marijuana paraphernalia.
Robbins Police Chief Ben Haddock wants to remind everyone of the importance of keeping your vehicles locked during this time of year. With the holidays approaching, break-ins typically rise.
All defendants facing criminal charges are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
