MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICES – JACKSON TERRACE APARTMENTS
Sandhills Community Action Program, Inc. (SCAP)
SCAP is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified contractors for general maintenance and repair services at Jackson Terrace Apartments, located at 700 Jackson Terrace Street, in Carthage, North Carolina.
Scope of Work Includes (but is not limited to):
Interior/exterior repairs
Carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work
Minor renovations and painting
Lawn care and maintenance
Routine maintenance and emergency response availability
RFP Issuance Date: June 12, 2025
Proposal Deadline: June 30, 2025
Bid Award: July 11, 2025
Site Visit (Optional/Recommended): Monday – Thursday 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Eligibility:
Tradesman- insured contractors with demonstrated experience in multi-family residential work are encouraged to apply. Minority-owned, woman-owned, and Section 3 businesses are strongly encouraged to submit proposals.
