Aberdeen Police arrested a 22-year-old Pinebluff man in connection to a burglary case.
Jason Grice was arrested on charges of three counts of second-degree burglary and two counts of felony possession of stolen property.
The suspect was jailed at the Moore County Detention Center under a $100,000 secured bond.
“On September 10, 2023, members of the Aberdeen Police Department’s Investigation Division began an investigation in the area of Churchill Downs after a report of a breaking and entering into a residence,” said the Aberdeen Police Department in a news release.
Grice is expected in court on Sept. 27 and is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
