Deputies arrested two men Friday after a search in Eagle Springs turned up suspected cocaine, marijuana, oxycodone, and THC products, according to the Moore County Sheriff’s Office.
Investigators executed a warrant Sept. 12 in the 100 block of Cranford Lane, where they reported seizing suspected cocaine, marijuana, oxycodone, THC edibles, vape cartridges, and drug paraphernalia.
According to a press release from the Moore County Sheriff’s Office, Davon Wall, 20, of Eagle Springs, is facing charges of possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, felony possession of cocaine, multiple counts of possession with intent to sell and deliver a Schedule VI controlled substance, felony possession of a Schedule VI controlled substance, maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for controlled substances, simple possession of a Schedule VI controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was committed to the Moore County Detention Center under a $31,000 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in Moore County District Court on September 24.
Also arrested was Javory Wall, 21, of Eagle Springs. He faces the same charges and was booked on a 48-hour hold without bond.
Both men are scheduled to appear in Moore County District Court on Sept. 24.
All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
