Moore County Sheriff Ronnie Fields announces the arrest of three individuals following a trespassing call in the Lobelia area of Moore County.

On March 12, deputies with the Moore County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call of trespassing at a vacant residence in the Lobelia area of Moore County. Deputies arrived on scene and during their investigation, located and seized 29 grams of methamphetamine. As a result, the following three suspects were arrested and charged with multiple narcotics violations.

Arrested were:

Andrew Smith, 28, of Carthage:

Charges- trafficking in methamphetamine, possession with intent to manufacture, sell, and deliver schedule II controlled substance, felony maintaining a dwelling place or vehicle for controlled substance.

Bond: $7,500 secured.

Amber Almas, 26, of Carthage:

Charges-felony possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia.
Bond: $2,500 secured.

Sandra Davis, 47, of Carthage:

Charges-felony possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia.
Bond: $2,500 secured.

Suspects are scheduled to appear in Moore County District Court on April 7 and are presumed innocent.
