A local man was arrested Monday on several drug charges, according to information from the Moore County Detention Center.
Moore County Sheriff’s Department arrested Larry Alexander Leverett, 28, of Aberdeen, on 10 charges.
Leverett was booked at the detention center and charged with possession with intent to sell/deliver cocaine, felony possession of cocaine, possession of schedule I controlled substance, possession of schedule II controlled substance, possession of firearm by a felon, maintaining place controlled substance, simple possession of schedule II controlled substance, two counts of simple possession of schedule III controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Leverett’s bond was set at $100,000.
He has a March 9 court date and is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
