Two people were injured in a collision on Indiana Avenue in Southern Pines Monday around 9:15 a.m.
The accident, at the intersection of Indiana Avenue and Bethesda Road, involved a SUV and a work van.
The van ended up on its side in a ditch. Both drivers were transported to Firsthealth Moore Regional with non-life threatening injuries. Two children in the SUV were reportedly uninjured.
Indiana Avenue was completely shut down for a short period of time while crews worked.
Responding to the accident were Southern Pines Fire & Rescue, Moore County EMS, and Southern Pines Police Department.
