On Wednesday, February 10, the Pinehurst Police Department arrested Tommie Glen Horn, age 45, on charges of Cyberstalking, Intimidating a State’s Witness, Harassing Phone Calls, and Violating Pre-Trial Release.

A man was arrested by the Pinehurst Police Department Wednesday on several charges to include cyberstalking and is being held at the Moore County Detention Center under a $75,000 secured bond.

Tommie Horn, 45, of Florida, was charged with cyberstalking, intimidating a state’s witness, harassing phone calls, and violating pre-trial release, said the police department in a news release. The suspect was traveling from Dunedin, Florida to Pinehurst when he was taken into custody without incident.

“This arrest and investigation are part of the Pinehurst Police Department’s commitment to victims of domestic abuse and to holding abusers accountable,” said the department.

Horn may be charged with additional crimes as the investigation continues.
