Leda Arlette Fisher Eaton, age 89, of Whispering Pines, passed away peacefully on Monday, June 3, 2024 at Pinehurst Health & Rehabilitation in Pinehurst, North Carolina with her family by her side.
A Celebration of Life will held on Friday, June 21, 2024 at 11:00am at Cox Memorial Funeral Home in Vass, North Carolina with a time of visitation immediately following the service.
Leda was born in Oxford, New York on October 12, 1934 to the late DeForest and Edith Alger Bradt. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Henry Martin Eaton and brothers, Dwight Bradt and Larry Bradt.
She is survived by daughters, Lynne Oakley of Florida, Jackie McKenzie (Dale) of Whispering Pines, North Carolina, Faye Baxley (Glenn) of Pinehurst, North Carolina; sons, Martin Eaton (Beth) of Arizona, Gregory Eaton (Sandra) of South Carolina; ten grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
