The Town of Aberdeen announced a 40-day project to one of its water tanks.
The water in tank 5 will be lowered for its annual washout, said the town on its website. The tank will also be repainted.
The project began on Nov. 30.

“Customers in Colonial Heights, Legacy Lakes, Berkley, and Downtown Aberdeen over to Highway 211 (streets inside the blue lines on the map) will notice periods of lower and/or higher pressure than normal while maintenance is performed,” said the town. “There may be air in lines that cause the water to appear cloudy this is due to the fluctuation in pressure.”
